I was thrilled to bits to be driving last night at just the time that the sun was setting. It was just beautiful. Sadly just a phone shot but still lovely. The light had a lovely misty quality to it.
This is a sunrise from a couple of weeks ago. The colours are so vibrant, they take my breath away.
The colours in every day life always make me smile.
I was lucky to be out and about early enough this morning to catch some beautiful misty scenes on the local army land.
I love having an excuse to be back out in the early mornings…….
Introducing the hairy hound! Another collie wobble who had found himself having hard times but who was thankfully rescued by a wonderful charity and then rehomed with me. He is a fab boy who is fitting in beautifully.
I found this and thought it was so apt. “Dogs come into our lives to teach us about love, they depart to teach us about loss. A new dog never replaces an old dog, it merely expands the heart. If you have loved many dogs your heart is very big.”
Well I definitely have room in my heart for my Small Hound and my Hairy Hound.
